Communities In Schools of Memphis is seeking a Strategy Support Specialist. The ideal candidate for the role of Strategy Support Specialist at Communities In Schools of Memphis is a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in data analysis, communications, and project management. The Strategy Support Specialist is an invaluable member of the CIS of Memphis team. Reporting directly to the Senior Director of Strategy and Impact, the Strategy Support Specialist assists in data analysis and reporting, managing communications and branding efforts, coordinating partnerships and stakeholder engagements, facilitating culture-building initiatives, and ensuring the effective implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. By providing comprehensive support in these areas, the Strategy Support Specialist will enable the Senior Director to fulfill their role with maximum efficiency and impact.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Support the Senior Director of Strategy and Impact in setting the organization's strategic vision and objectives.
- Assist in analyzing and interpreting impact data, preparing reports, and communicating key findings to stakeholders.
- Manage communications efforts, including social media, website content, and branding materials, to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
- Coordinate strategic partnerships and stakeholder relationships, including outreach, engagement, and collaboration.
- Lead culture-building initiatives within the organization, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Provide project management support for strategic initiatives, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational priorities.
- Drive continuous quality improvement efforts, identifying opportunities for enhancement and implementing solutions to optimize organizational effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, public relations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the nonprofit or education sector.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.
- Familiarity with strategic planning processes and continuous quality improvement methodologies.
