Sigma Defense is seeking an experienced Navy Veteran to serve as an Integrated Air & Missile Defense (IAMD) Operations Planner with the Distributed Training Architecture Support (DTAS) team at Tactical Training Group Pacific (TTGP). We need the rare skill sets developed throughout a Naval career to assist the TTGP Staff in executing their mission of providing advanced tactical training to deploying ships and strike groups through Fleet Synthetic Training (FST).
The ideal candidate is a prior Surface Warfare Officer who successfully completed at-sea Department Head tours and is a qualified BMD Tactical Action Officer (TAO) with experience on AEGIS BMD or equivalent platforms.
This is a contingent position that is pending award of contract. This means that the position is subject to the successful awarding of a contract and will be confirmed once the contract is finalized. The candidate selected for this role will be offered the position on the condition that the contract is awarded to our organization.

Requirements
- Qualified AEGIS BMD Tactical Action Officer, similar Air Defense qualification, or two years of related experience with capabilities and limitations of AEGIS weapons system baselines.
- Two years of experience with Fleet and Theater Air Defense Commander IAMD publications in support of BMD Certification and sustainment exercises.
- Experience preparing materials and briefs to executive-level audiences.
- Experience supporting planning or execution of BMD operations or exercises.
Education Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in an unspecified field of study.

Personnel Clearance Requirements:
- Candidate must possess an active, DoD-issued Secret Level Clearance.
Salary Range: $105,000 - $125,000 annually.
