Gigasavvy, a dynamic and innovative creative agency located in Orange County, California, is seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented multi-tasker to join our team as an Account Coordinator. Reporting directly to the Account Supervisor, the Account Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting Gigasavvy’s diverse roster of clients. This position requires close collaboration with various agency team members to manage client projects, ensuring a consistently high level of quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
The Account Coordinator’s responsibilities include:
- Providing ongoing support for multiple agency accounts.
- Overseeing day-to-day projects and maintaining accountability for assigned accounts.
- Taking ownership of proofing and quality assurance for client deliverables.
- Supporting the account team as needed with project trafficking, client briefs, client industry research, preparation for meetings, and taking detailed meeting notes.
- Working closely with the Project Manager on timelines.
- Managing internal communication regarding client feedback and requests.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS) in a related field required including; Communications, Advertising, Marketing or Business
- 1-3 years of previous work or internship experience with a marketing or advertising agency
- Exceptionally strong verbal and written interpersonal communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- High degree of professionalism
- Ability to collaborate closely and effectively with internal teams
- Must be located in USA
- Local to Southern California, preferred
Salary Range: $26 - $32 per hour based on experience
