Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Onsite - San Diego
Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing and nurturing relationships.
- Develop and execute account plans to meet or exceed client expectations and business goals.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Monitor account performance, providing regular updates and insights to clients and senior management.
- Handle client issues or concerns promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and deliver client presentations and proposals as needed.
- Stay current on industry trends and client’s business environments to provide informed advice and solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Over 3 years of experience in account management or a client-facing role.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on relationship-building.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other client management tools.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering exceptional client service in the life sciences sector.
