We're looking for a talented Account Supervisor to join our collaborative and diverse team based out of our corporate office in Sacramento, CA. The Account Supervisor will be responsible for managing a dedicated account and will be working closely with field managers and the executive team.

What the Account Supervisor role looks like:   

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries while providing exceptional service 
  • Track and monitor data trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 
  • Run and analyze reports 
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and increase efficiency 
  • Utilize advanced technical skills to manage and streamline office systems and processes 
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication between departments and external partners 
  • Provide administrative support to the department, including managing schedules, organizing documents, and coordinating meetings 
  • Assist in the preparation and editing of correspondence, presentations, and reports 
  • Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality 
  • Support project management activities by tracking project milestones and deliverables 
  • Collaborate with team members to provide administrative support for various projects and initiatives 
  • Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to facilitate smooth operations 
  • Handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively to meet deadlines 
  • Perform other duties as assigned    

  

What our ideal candidate looks like:   

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience supporting dedicated clients or similar role 
  • Proven Project Management experience 
  • Strong presentational skills. Must be confident in speaking to large groups  
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all interactions 
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritizing effectively to meet deadlines. 
  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Teams, Outlook, and SharePoint 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and internal/external customer service skills   
  • Ability to work comfortably with people at all levels of the organization   
  • High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills
