- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and organizing meetings
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements and expense reports
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and maintaining office supplies
Requirements:
- Prior experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent computer skills
- Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
- Los Angeles-based or willing to relocate
