We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Administrative Support. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to various departments within our company.
As an Administrative Support, your responsibilities will include managing calendars and appointments, coordinating meetings, managing correspondence, filing and organizing documents, and providing general administrative assistance. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills are also essential, as you will be interacting with clients, employees, and external partners on a regular basis.
Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
- Provide administrative support by organizing and maintaining files and documents
- Assist with preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries as appropriate
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and tracking
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Assist with managing travel arrangements and expense reports
- Collaborate with team members to support various administrative tasks and projects
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary is a plus
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a financial services or investment management environment
- Proficient in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
