Associate Producer (Experiential)

We are looking for an Associate Producer to join our team and work across our key accounts – bringing with them a passion for delivering integrated program deliverables (content, IRL, social)  with an enthusiasm to work in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Traditional agency experience is not required, but it’s a plus. What matters is your deep understanding of what resonates with social audiences. This role is energetic, innovative and forward-thinking. Alongside engaging with communities, you’ll guide brands by staying ahead of social trends and cultural moments. In return, you’ll join a global agency dedicated to generating buzzworthy ideas for some of the world’s leading brands. 

WHAT YOU’LL DO

The Associate Producer will be a full-time team member responsible for contributing to the successful delivery of production projects on an ongoing basis, collaborating closely with the Account and Creative teams. You will play a supportive role on larger productions, honing your skills as a producer which you will apply to small to mid-sized projects you will own.

What does the role involve?

• Translating creative concepts into actionable plans, inclusive of
• Joining brainstorms
• Building timelines
• Booking and managing internal resources
• Managing and updating internal documents such as run of shows, agendas and project task lists
• Conducting market research, inclusive of: venues, equipment prices, vendors, trends etc.
• Conducting outreach to vendors for price estimates / quotes
• Contributing data to cross-departmental budgets and assisting with reconciliation
• Managing Google drives with proper folder structure
• Physically attending events and providing proactive hands-on support
• Attending client calls, taking notes and distributing them to key internal and external stakeholders
• Providing support to lead producers throughout project life cycles
• Working closely with project managers and account teams to communicate updates to internal teams

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE

• Solid understanding of the phases of production
• Experience working with creative teams
• Experience contributing to or managing budgets
• Detail oriented with great time management skills
• Confident and positive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Resourceful and excited by problem solving
• Desire to learn and grow in the content and experiential production industry
• Experience in Workbook or similar agency management tool a plus
• Familiarity with Google Suite a plus
