Full Job Description

We're looking for a passionate Associate Social Media Manager to assist in developing and implementing social media strategy to increase brand awareness, improve marketing efforts, and drive engagement across various platforms. 

The perfect candidate combines creative capabilities with a data-driven mindset in order to support effective social campaigns. By creating a dynamic partnership with our social media team, you would collaborate to concept content and messaging that will elevate our clients presence across channels. This will include strategizing, ideating, editing, copywriting, and more.

It’s imperative that you are relentlessly passionate about creating effective content while staying on the cutting edge of  social media trends. This is a highly dynamic role with massive scope and opportunity for you to grow and develop personally with the agency. Please Note: This role is temporary with a duration of 2-6 Months.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Social Media Management and Content Creation 

  • Assist in concepting and implementing social media content to align with strategy
  • Support the development of creative assets, such as graphics and videos for social media posts
  • Analyze key metrics and data on a monthly basis and tweak strategy as needed to maximize results
  • Grow social channels by increasing engagement through community management and outreach
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Help analyze and report on social media metrics and KPIs to measure the success of content 
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices, and share insights with the team.
  • Work cross-functionally with other departments (e.g., photo, design, brand) to support overall business objectives.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2  years of relevant experience in content creation for social (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  • Excellent writing and copy editing skills. 
  • Experience using social media analytics tools
  • Graphic design or video editing skills are a bonus.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Agency experience is a plus
