Responsibilities:

• Address all aspects of a case from initiation to termination
• Develop and implement case strategies
• Manage case deadlines
• Handle Court appearances, depositions, and all other case contact
• Effectively communicate (oral and written) with client, opposing counsel, court, and all others on a matter
• Ethically and efficiently track and bill time

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Admission and good standing with the California Bar
• JD from an accredited law school
• 3 - 10 years of litigation experience
• Independent drive and initiative
• Excellent research and writing skills, including significant experience with law and motion
• Experience taking and defending depositions
• Trial experience
• License/Certification:
• California Bar admission
