Qualifications & Requirements:

· B.C.B.A. certificate is required for immediate positions.

· Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Social Work or related field

· 1 years experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities ( recently certified BCBA's welcome/encouraged to apply )

· Experience in consultation with families & employee supervision & training

· Experience designing & applying positive behavior support strategies based on ABA principles

· Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

· High ethical and clinical standards

· Valid & current CA driver's license & insurance.

· Work Authorization : United States ( required)

· Pass criminal background check and TB test

· Schedule : Flexible

Compensation & Benefits:

· Caseload capacities are determined collaboratively. A proprietary formula is used to ensure that every BCBA has enough time to do field visits, support RBT staff, write* reports, and complete all administrative tasks.*
