We are currently seeking a highly skilled and knowledgeable BCBA to join our team. As a Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing evidence-based behavioral assessments and interventions to individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments
• Develop individualized behavior intervention plans
• Implement behavior analysis techniques and strategies to address behavioral concerns
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborate and communicate regularly with clients, families, and other professionals
• Stay updated with the latest research and best practices in behavior analysis
Requirements
• Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field
• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Extensive experience in behavior analysis and working with individuals with ASD
• Strong knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention techniques
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
