Full Job Description
A Behavior Technician provides direct in-home, Center (Inland Empire) and/or school-based services to children diagnosed with Autism and other related disabilities under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Behavior Technicians will:
- Implement Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) interventions (i.e. DTT, NET, etc.) to children with special needs in a 1:1 setting in the home, school, and community.
- Collect accurate & reliable data for skill acquisition and problem behaviors
- Address problematic behaviors in accordance with Professional Crisis Management Association
- Follow ethical standards regarding behavioral modification
- Collaborate with team members and maintain ongoing communication
- Pay rate: $21 - $23 per hour based on experience and education

Requirements
- A high school diploma (required)
- 2 years college coursework in the areas of child development, special education, psychology, or related field (preferred)
- Experience working with children
- Experience working with individuals with special needs, Autism (preferred)
- DOJ Background/fingerprint clearance
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and auto insurance
- Available Shifts: M-F 8am-5pm, and 3pm-8pm
