Full Job Description
A global logistics company is seeking a Human Resources Manager to support the HR initiatives for their facility in Fontana. Responsibilities include partnering with company leadership to develop and implement HR Strategies that promote employee satisfaction and a high-performance culture.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement and manage HR policy in compliance with state regulation and standards
- Partner with senior leadership and line-management to implement initiatives that support companies’ long-term objectives
- Effectively resolve various employee relations matters, conduct investigations, and enforce disciplinary actions.
- Align department with organizational growth and change through staffing, talent development, organization design, performance management and succession planning
- Utilize reporting tools to acquire and analyze metrics to support data driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Legal Dept. to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations
Requirements
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5 years of experience in human resources management in a logistics or manufacturing environment
- Bilingual Spanish required
- Thorough knowledge of state and federal laws pertaining to Human Resources
- Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS and ATS administration
- Must have strong analytical and critical thinking, problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work with team-members at all levels of an organization
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field
