Cheer Home Care is hiring a Care Manager Assistant to work in the Cheer office. The Care Manager Assistant will support the Care Managers with oversight of care and communication with clients and caregivers. In addition, this individual may assist the Scheduler with matchmaking (clients with the perfect caregiver) and the Recruiter with paperwork or initial phone screens to find those caregivers. He/she will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements
- Upbeat personality
- Bachelors in Social Work or relevant field, preferred
- Industry experience preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Strong organizational & communication skills
- Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
- Ability to provide proof of negative TB results
- Ability to work one weekend day
