We have built a peer-to-peer collaboration platform that facilitates knowledge transfer across a global network of healthcare professionals. As a senior member of the Clinical Engagement Team, you will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment with our partners from medical device and pharmaceutical companies, and medical societies, to create networks for physician collaboration around medical products and therapeutic areas. You will drive the strategy to support high quality peer to peer education and collaboration in clinician networks and work closely with other members of the Engagement Strategy team to build and execute projects in support of the strategy.

Responsibilities
- Develop, drive, and refine the strategy for collaboration in groups of clinicians through relationships with physician thought leaders, society leadership, and partner stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with physician thought leaders and key opinion leaders to build collaboration strategy and support their sharing of expertise and experience
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with medical society and industry stakeholders to ensure alignment with goals, projects, and objectives
- Drive growth, engagement, and clinical dialogue in an assigned set of clinician networks
- Collaborate with Community Managers to define projects to achieve collaboration goals within your supported clinician networks
- Utilize KPI’s to monitor clinical engagement and discussion quality, and proactively identify emerging challenges/barriers in reaching customer milestones
- Contribute to development of Account Plans, Community objectives, and Community health goals, and regularly present account plan status to stakeholders (internal and external)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 4+ years experience in customer success, product, or client relations, ideally within the healthcare space, where you have led conversations with executives and built proactive account strategies
- Ability to read and understand clinical and scientific content
- A natural curiosity and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for healthcare
Preferred Requirements
- Background in medicine, healthcare, or sciences and ability to understand and guide clinical discussions
- Experience working at or closely with medical device or pharmaceutical companies
