Requirements
- Conduct client onboarding call and services.
- Insurance requirements: contract reviews and vendor certificate reviews.
- Process audits, claims, and recommendations for assigned clients.
- Process mid-term policy changes that require coverage knowledge such as officer changes, property/location changes, exposure adjustments, etc.
- Advise on agency bill/financed policy questions and midterm changes.
- Process LPR requests and policy cancellations.
- Process automatic policy renewals.
- Set policy reminder activities.
- Client relationship management.
Qualifications:
- Active CA Property and Casualty License
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Word and Excel
- Knowledge of EPIC (or a Similar Agency Management System)
- Strong Communication Skills
