Commercial Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel is working with a prominent law firm who is actively looking for a Mid-Level Associate to join their Commercial Litigation practice group in either their Los Angeles or Century City office. Preferred Qualifications:

·         Experience drafting briefs and motions

·         Handling fact and expert discovery

·         Engaging in deposition and trial preparation

·         Conducting depositions, cross-examinations, and oral advocacy

·         Federal clerkship experience (a plus)

·         Working fluency in Spanish (a plus)

Requirements:

·         Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution

·         Admission to the California Bar, active and in good standing

·         Strong interpersonal and communication skills

·         Persuasive writing abilities

Compensation: Competitive salary of $345,000 - $400,000, depending on experience
