Commercial Services Manager-Western Territory

Location: Western Territory

Ewing Irrigation and Landscape Supply is seeking a dedicated Commercial Services Manager for the Western Territory. This role is integral to the success of our commercial services division, focusing on growing sales, fostering client relationships, and ensuring that our projects are executed seamlessly. The successful candidate will manage a team of Commercial Services Specialists and work closely with account managers to identify and develop new business opportunities, while also maintaining a strategic approach to customer service and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Commercial Services team, establishing objectives and monitoring performance.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for the Western Territory.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering exceptional service.
• Coordinate with the sales team to identify new construction leads and enhance project intake.
• Support and guide the team in project execution, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and company standards.
• Conduct regular training to ensure team members are knowledgeable about products, services, and industry trends.
• Participate in regional business development initiatives and represent Ewing at industry events.

Requirements

• Proven leadership capabilities with experience managing teams in a customer-focused environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to build relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to drive effective decision-making.
• Proficiency in sales tracking software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on detailed project management.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the Western Territory.
