Complex Commercial Litigation Attorney

Direct Counsel is seeking a Complex Commercial Litigation Associate for a well-known firm located in Irvine, Ca The firm has a robust litigation practice and handles some of the largest cases in federal and state courts around the country.

The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in connection with complex business disputes and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced litigation practice. Candidates must have an excellent understanding of civil procedure, experience in taking and defending depositions, as well as court experience. Ideal candidates will also have employment experience, plus strong general litigation skills.

Must be licensed or eligible to be immediately licensed in California. Candidates must have experience as a federal court clerk and must have excellent academic credentials and outstanding written and oral communication skills. The estimated salary range for this role in California is $235,000-$279,000 a year.
