Full Job Description
fs3|Hodges, a prominent construction management firm, is currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Construction Administrative Assistant to join their team. With a solid reputation for providing exceptional services and delivering successful projects, fs3|Hodges is committed to providing a collaborative and supportive work environment.
Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000
Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time.
Responsibilities
- Assist the project team with administrative tasks such as document preparation, printing, and filing.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments.
- Manage project correspondence, including drafting and distributing emails, memos, and letters.
- Assist in project procurement activities, such as obtaining quotes and organizing vendor information.
- Prepare and update project reports, status updates, and presentations.
- Maintain project files and ensure all documentation is properly organized and filed.
- Assist in the preparation of bid packages and request for proposals.
- Handle incoming and outgoing project communications, including phone calls and emails.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction industry.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of construction terminology and processes is a plus.
