fs3|Hodges, a full-service project and construction management firm, is seeking a dedicated Construction Scheduler to join their team. Salary Range: $125,000 - $150,000

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring accuracy and adherence to timelines.
- Collaborate with project team members to gather information and data necessary for schedule creation and updates.
- Analyze project plans, specifications, and documents to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts.
- Conduct baseline schedule review, monthly updates, and time impact analyses.
- Communicate schedule updates and changes effectively to project team members and stakeholders.
- Conduct regular progress meetings to assess project status and address any scheduling concerns.
- Monitor project milestones and deadlines to ensure project progression and completion in a timely manner.
Requirements
- A degree in architecture, engineering, or construction is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction scheduling or related field.
- Expert-level plan-reading skills required.
- Experience with time impact analysis is required.
- Claims experience preferred.
- Expert user of project scheduling software, such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify critical path activities and potential scheduling conflicts.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with project team members and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and terminology, preferably in the field/on-site experience
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
