Impec Group is seeking a dedicated and organized Corporate Concierge to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of our client site in San Jose, California. The role requires excellent verbal, written and presentation skills along with an ability to work with tight deadlines. The ideal candidate will excel in customer interactions, manage multiple tasks seamlessly, prioritize responsibilities, and maintain a positive and professional demeanor. This position requires common sense, clear communication, and a high level of professionalism.
Pay Range $25-29/hr
Position Full-Time Corporate Concierge
Schedule Monday thru Friday | 7:00am to 4:00pm
Primary Function of Position
The Corporate Concierge position reports to the Facilities Manager. This position is responsible for providing customer service and security support at the reception desk.
This role requires proactive management of the reception area, adherence to security protocols, and efficient handling of various tasks.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes comprehension and compliance on the Global Security Policy, San Jose Site Security Plan, including but not limited to, as follows:
· Perform an initial check of the reception desk to ensure all technology is operational and all logs and applications are online
· Visitor & Vendor Management: execute visitor registration and badge issuance
· Access Control: execute access control per the Global Security Policy and San Jose Headquarters Site Security Plan
· Temporary Badges: manage access per the Global Security Policy and San Jose Headquarters Site Security Plan
· Handle all incoming common carrier packages pursuant to Shipping & Receiving company standards
· Maintain the visitor lobby, conference rooms, and amenity inventory to ensure that company standards are met
· Escalate all issues to the Facilities Manager promptly, within 30 minutes of occurrence
· Other duties that may be assigned by the Facilities Manager
Requirements
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required:
· Bachelor's degree preferred; 2-3 years’ experience in security or customer service in a corporate setting
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word), Sharepoint and MS Project experience desired
· Ability to interact with staff, visitors, and vendors in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible and efficient and displaying a high level of professionalism
· Must be accurate and detail oriented with ability to follow Post Orders
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
