Full Job Description
Saturn Machine Works, a leader in precision manufacturing and service since 1965, is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that their needs are met with professionalism and care. You'll facilitate smooth communications between customers and our production team, helping to maintain our reputation for excellence in customer service.
Requirements
Position Title: Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Full Time - 40 Hours per week
Rate: Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience
Shift: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Main Responsibilities
· Managing incoming calls and inquiries from customers
· Processing orders, forms, and requests accurately
· Communicating with clients to understand their needs and resolve issues
· Providing product information to customers and assisting with troubleshooting
· Building rapport with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
· Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
· Collaborating with the sales and production teams to ensure timely delivery of products
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative:
· High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
