In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to uncover actionable insights. You will utilize advanced statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models, optimize algorithms, and improve overall data quality and accuracy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to identify and define business problems and objectives.
- Gather and preprocess large, complex datasets from various sources.
- Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to develop predictive models and algorithms.
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings to clients.
- Identify trends and patterns in data to generate actionable insights.
- Work cross-functionally with other teams to integrate data science solutions into client workflows.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data science and machine learning.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in mathematics, statistics, computer science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
- Strong programming skills in Python and proficiency in data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with relational databases.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Experience in the executive search industry or talent acquisition is a plus.
