We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Dental Hygiene Coordinator to join our team! As a Dental Hygiene Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our dental hygiene department.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule and confirm dental hygiene appointments
- Coordinate with patients regarding their dental hygiene treatment plans
- Manage and update patient records and dental software
- Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and managing patient inquiries
Requirements
2 years experience as a dental hygiene coordinator, or similar role
Strong organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of Dentrix and record-keeping systems
Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong customer service skills, excellent phone skills
