Design Consultant (Part-time)

Reform is seeking a motivated and creative Design Consultant (Part-time) to join our team in La Jolla at UTC Westfield. If you have a passion for design and a knack for helping clients realize their vision, this is the perfect role for you!

In this position, you will report to the Regional Manager and be instrumental in providing top-notch customer service and design assistance to clients looking to enhance their kitchen spaces with Reform's unique offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-store and online consultations, offering expert advice on design, color choices, and spatial planning.
• Engage positively with clients, ensuring their needs are heard and addressed effectively.
• Manage phone inquiries and email communications promptly.
• Maintain an organized database of clients for continuous excellent service.
• Perform daily showroom tasks to keep the display immaculate and inviting.

Requirements

• Previous experience in customer service or design preferred.
• Availability to work flexible part-time hours, including weekends.
• Strong communication and listening skills to connect Reform's products with clients' needs.
• Physical capability to handle merchandise and perform varied tasks.
• Proficiency in computer systems including Mac, PC, Microsoft Office, and G Suite.
