Account Manager at Influential Inc.
Influential Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our championship team. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving results.
Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships from onboarding to ongoing strategy implementation
- Oversee multiple client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client goals
- Monitor and report on account performance and KPIs
- Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth
- Manage client expectations and resolve issues
- Maintain accurate client data and documents in our systems
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or sales agency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis
- Experience with Slack, Pipedrive, Zapier, Clickfunnels, and GoHigh Level is a plus
