Account Manager at Influential Inc.

Influential Inc. is seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join our championship team. The ideal candidate will oversee a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and driving results.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage client relationships from onboarding to ongoing strategy implementation
  • Oversee multiple client accounts and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver on client goals
  • Monitor and report on account performance and KPIs
  • Identify upsell opportunities and contribute to account growth
  • Manage client expectations and resolve issues
  • Maintain accurate client data and documents in our systems

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in account management, preferably in a marketing or sales agency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, project management tools, and data analysis
  • Experience with Slack, Pipedrive, Zapier, Clickfunnels, and GoHigh Level is a plus
