Full Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our client marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for implementing, and managing our clients Facebook and Google Ads lead generation campaigns. The candidate will also help in developing, implementing and troubleshooting our white-label CRM solution (GoHighLevel).
Key Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients, working with them on gaining access to pages and accounts
- (comfortable on the phone)
- Be a liaison between our clients and our Paid Marketing department, managing the
- production pipeline which includes a variety of duties including client outreach, QA, and more.
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns across Facebook and Google.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to optimize and improve results.
- Serve as trusted marketing coach, and market industry expert to our colleagues and
- clients.
- Assist in developing ideas for new ad types, copy, graphics, etc.
- Help scale and implement new ads services for our clients.
- Utilize marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Hubspot (or similar), Zapier.
- Tech savvy. Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides,..), Zoom, Slack.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to drive decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing trends and best practices.
- Ability to create and manage effective digital marketing campaigns.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with GoHighLevel a plus.
- Knowledge of the mortgage industry a plus
