We are hiring a Director, Influencer (Creator & Affiliate) Partnerships. This role will lead, own, and craft our overall strategy to vastly scale our network of active influencers, creators, and affiliates across a variety of DTC and e-commerce categories, to a volume in excess of 10,000 active revenue-generating creators in our portfolio. The ideal candidate will also be able to develop, manage and grow a proprietary platform centered around influencers, creators, and affiliates that will help reduce the time it takes for our clients and sellers to go from launching the channel to revenue/GMV growth by tapping into an existing, captive base of creators. This candidate will have experience managing and motivating a team of creator managers and coordinators who are responsible for the day-to-day partner and creator activities, including the identification, negotiation, and onboarding aspects of creators.
Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will have experience with:
- Drive customer Revenue & GMV (Gross Merchandise Value) through the activation of creators, affiliates, and influencers across Meta, YouTube, and TikTok.
- Build, activate, and nurture relationships with a wide assortment of creators, leading to the ability to execute and expedite creator outreach and activations at large scale.
- Utilize/Build a CRM or other proprietary platforms (Discord) to interact with and motivate the creator community. Have experience using gamification as a motivational tool to get creators to perform.
- Manage, mentor, and train an influencer marketing team so they can lead efforts to identify, negotiate with, and onboard creators. Train and develop team on how to design and execute campaigns.
- Have a strong pre-established network of creators to tap into.
- Track and analyze all relevant KPI’s surrounding influencer outreach and performance.
- Experience with budgeting and forecasting.
- Ability to negotiate contracts and come up with creative and attractive incentives.
- Have an understanding of Live Shopping and recruiting creators who have experience streaming.
Desired Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Marketing or a quantitative discipline; advanced degree a plus
- Substantial (1+ year) experience with social commerce, including TikTok Shop, WhatNot, etc.
- 5+ years in creator/influencer management, influencer engagement, or community management.
- The candidate will have a strong understanding and proven experience in affiliate marketing—TikTok Shop, YouTube and other emerging platforms a plus.
- The candidate will have worked in-house for an established brand, an influencer agency or a platform partner such as TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in measuring and scaling creator campaigns
- Passion for staying ahead of social media trends and digital marketing innovations
- Sharp eye for detail and organizational skills
- Comfort with ambiguity and with working in a fast-paced, always-on, start-up environment

Compensation: $90,000 - $120,000 USD annually
Location-Based Pay:
- Compensation is based on the candidate’s location within the United States.
Note: The salary range represents the base salary and does not account for additional benefits, bonuses, or the equity incentive plan. The final compensation package will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
