We are looking for a Director of Strategic Account Management for our HSA, FSA and health reimbursement lines of business. This individual will be responsible for managing our growing network of HSA/FSA merchant partners, enabling consumers to spend healthcare dollars on Oura Ring and expanding Oura's business in HSA/FSA to make Oura more accessible to millions of people.
Candidates should have a deep familiarity with the HSA/FSA landscape, a proven track record managing HSA/FSA merchants and experience working with HSA/FSA administrators and TPAs and benefits brokers.
This is a remote US role with a preference for candidates based in San Francisco.
What you will do:
- Understand new market opportunities for Oura in HSA, FSA and other alternative payments in healthcare- analyzing new business opportunities through strategy development, market segmentation, competitive analysis, and financial analysis
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing Oura HSA/FSA partners
- Manage and report on sales performance metrics including forecasting, sales trends, and inventory management.
- Meet weekly with partners to review program progress and milestones
- Provide regular communications on partnership strategy and results to Oura leadership & senior management.
- Work cross functionally with the Oura marketing, finance and member experience teams to plan, deploy, evaluate and optimize program campaigns
- Maintain a culture of accountability, achievement, and drive for all Oura team members contributing to the HSA/FSA line of business
Requirements
We would love to have you on our team, if you have:
- 8+ years overall strategic partnships experience
- 4+ years experience focusing on HSA/FSA partnerships at scale with a proven track record of success
- Expertise in HSA/FSA program design, including compliance and regulatory process, and experience bringing HSA/FSA programs to market
- Deep understanding of the HSA/FSA landscape and the network of entities who support this category
- A diverse portfolio of contacts within the HSA/FSA ecosystem. Experience working with HSA/FSA administrators, TPAs and benefits brokers, and employers
- Strong leadership ability and people management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders such as marketing, finance, and member experience
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to develop strong working relationships
- Driven self-starter who excels in an ever-changing environment and is comfortable with ambiguity

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Region 1: $170,000 - $215,000
Region 2: $161,000 - $195,000
Region 3: $153,000 - $185,000
