Overview:
PSQ Productions is in search of a seasoned Director of Event Marketing to lead dynamic marketing strategies for our diverse events. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in social media, content creation, and paid advertising in the venue and/or events industry. Must be proficient with tools like Mailchimp and Google Analytics. Collaboration with internal teams, partners, and influencers is crucial for maximizing brand exposure. The role involves strategic planning, administrative duties, and leveraging technology for effective marketing activations. We seek a leader with at least 5 years of experience in event production, a successful marketing track record, and a keen understanding of ticketing processes in the entertainment industry. The Director of Event Marketing will play a key role in brand building, enhancing customer experiences, and ensuring the success of PSQ Productions' events.

Social Media Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media calendar for organic, branded, and paid content.
- Proactively engage with attendees across various platforms, leveraging real-time trends.
Voice and Content Creation:
- Curate and drive the voice of social media channels in alignment with brand marketing.
- Create and edit real-time content on diverse platforms.
Education and Trend Analysis:
- Stay informed about social media trends and family/youth culture, educating internal departments.
- Analyze effective audience engagement strategies from other events for application.
Paid Digital Ads:
- Utilize paid strategies for brand marketing, ticket sales, merchandise, and food sales.
- Collaborate on strategizing, executing, and reporting paid digital campaigns.
Collaboration and Influencer Marketing:
- Ideate social creative and campaigns collaboratively with the PSQ team and partners.
- Maximize influencer opportunities in collaboration with the PR team.
Partner Management:
- Support and manage relationships with venue, sponsor, and cross-promotional partners.
- Develop content aligning with partner goals, ensuring timely execution.
Surveys and CRM Development:
- Develop and schedule guest and partner surveys for immediate and future planning.
- Organize real-time updates on customer data through the CRM system.
Ticketing System Collaboration:
- Collaborate with event producers and the ticketing system for aligned strategies.
- Ensure data capture and reporting aligns with overall marketing strategy and Google Analytics.
Department Support and Administrative Duties:
- Manage general administrative duties, including maintaining calendars and budgets.
- Provide support in prospecting, preparing presentations, and generating reports.
PR Company Liaison:
- Serve as the liaison with the company PR team, ensuring collaboration on event details.
- Be present during events to support the PR team and handle media requests.
Onsite Content Generation:
- Lead the onsite marketing plan, capturing and posting content during each event.
- Coordinate with photographers, videographers, and the entertainment team for effective marketing shots.
Copy and Proofing:
- Ensure all marketing materials are well-written, proofed, and aligned with the brand.
Marketing Activations and Brand Development:
- Lead the development and scheduling of marketing activations and street team programs.
- Contribute to building and promoting the company brand, developing Style Guides.
Promotions and Sponsorships:
- Lead the development, scheduling, and coordination of promotions and outreach.
- Serve as a liaison for sponsorships, coordinating deliverables, agreements, insurance, and payments.
Signage and Onsite Management:
- Direct all signage needs for events, coordinating designs, and working with operations.
- Be onsite for each event, leading onsite marketing plans, live streaming, social postings, and customer feedback.
Customer Support and Industry Engagement:
- Lead customer support efforts, responding professionally to inquiries within 24 hours.
- Attend industry-related events and trainings to stay informed about innovations and trends.
Post-Event Reporting:
- Create comprehensive post-event reports within two weeks, analyzing successes and areas for improvement.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Provide daily updates and track tasks through project management software.
- Lead planning meetings, encouraging collaboration and creative idea generation.
Email and Ad Campaigns:
- Build and deploy email and ad campaigns, managing the entire process.
Cross-Marketing and Data Analytics:
- Develop and execute cross-marketing efforts with other events.
- Evaluate insights from marketing and ticketing data analytics for development opportunities.
CRM Platform Growth:
- Develop and grow the CRM platform for consumer relations, loyalty programs, and purchase histories.
