Job Overview:
Curenta is seeking an experienced and strategic Director of People & Culture to lead our HR department and drive our company's people strategy. As the Director of People & Culture, you will be responsible for developing and executing human resources initiatives that promote employee engagement, development, and retention while fostering a diverse and inclusive work environment.
In this role, you will partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business goals and lead the implementation of best-in-class HR practices. You will oversee all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance. As a cultural steward, you will promote the company's values and ensure an exceptional employee experience at every touchpoint.
This is a full-time position based in our main office.
Director of People & Culture, Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's people strategy to drive employee engagement, development, and retention.
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR initiatives with business objectives and foster a high-performance culture.
- Lead all aspects of HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
- Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance HR processes and programs.
- Lead and manage a team of HR professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze HR metrics and trends to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain up-to-date knowledge of HR best practices.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and champion a culture of belonging.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to drive organizational development and change management initiatives.
- Advise and guide managers on HR matters, providing coaching and support.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Extensive knowledge of HR best practices, policies, and procedures.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies that drive employee engagement and development.
- Proven track record in leading and managing HR operations, including talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training and development, and compliance.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
- A high level of integrity and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in a technology or healthcare industry is a plus.
