Full Job Description
We seek a highly skilled and experienced Director of Product Management with a strong background in compliance archiving for regulated industries. As the Director of Product Management, you will oversee the development and management of our mobile communication capture solutions, ensuring that they meet our clients' needs while adhering to regulatory and data security requirements.
Location: San Francisco Bay Area, with travel to San Ramon CA, twice weekly.
Requirements
- Lead our product management function in defining our mobile communications capture solutions' vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, sales, marketing, and customer success, to drive product development and delivery.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats in the mobile communication capture space.
- Work closely with customers to understand their requirements and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
- Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market demands, customer feedback, and business priorities.
- Develop business cases and product plans to support investment decisions and resource allocation.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance archiving.
- Analyze market trends and assess competitor activity.
- Serve as a product evangelist, representing SnippetSentry at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to showcase our service and gather feedback.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of product management experience, focusing on compliance archiving or related areas.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to compliance archiving, such as SEC Rule 17a-4, FINRA, GDPR, and CCPA.
- Proven track record of successfully bringing compliance archiving solutions to market, from concept to launch.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze product metrics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
