We are looking for a Product Management leader who deeply understands Security Operations, Automation, Incident Response, and is itching to lead innovation in security automation.

What you will do
- You will seek out and engage potential users and thought leaders in the space, to distill and prioritize unmet needs.
- You will create a vision and product roadmap to meet those needs, in partnership with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Founders.
- You will lead the effort across the company to define, develop, launch, and evolve product capabilities. You will champion the voice of customers in all of this.
- You will drive agreement on the success metrics for the product, and the efforts across the company to meet or beat them.
- You will help with partnerships across the industry, to jointly address customer needs.
Requirements
- You have 10+ years of experience in building software products.
- You have 5+ years of experience in one or more of Detection Engineering, Security Operations, Security Incident Response, either as a senior analyst/lead or as a product manager building products in this space such as SIEMs, SOARs, Threat Hunting tools, Threat Intelligence tools. You have used these tools or equivalents, and have first-hand insights on what works well and what does not.
- You are a first-principles thinker who pursues excellence, cherishes working with other world-class co-workers, and relishes tackling seemingly impossible problems.
- You have the ability to deeply understand what it means to walk in the shoes of your customers.
- You are good at communicating at different altitudes – internal engineers, users, CXOs.
- You have a strong sense of ownership. You own and measure the outcomes.
