Responsibilities

• Design and optimize landing pages to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
• Conduct A/B testing to evaluate design effectiveness.
• Perform user research to gather insights and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design strategies with business goals.
• Utilize Figma for creating and iterating design prototypes.
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, particularly in Ecommerce/DTC.

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Strong understanding of A/B testing methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
