Valais/Wallis Promotion is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant / Data Collections Manager to join our remote team in the US. This dynamic role combines administrative support with data management responsibilities. You will directly assist the executive team by performing administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing communications, while also overseeing data collection efforts to support our promotional initiatives. Your contributions will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our organization, enabling us to effectively showcase the Valais and Wallis regions to a global audience.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating travel.
- Oversee data collection initiatives, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our organizational standards.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access to important documents and information.
- Track and analyze data trends to provide insights that assist in strategic decision-making.
- Prepare reports and presentations for executives using collected data.
- Facilitate communication between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in the planning and execution of events, meetings, and promotions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, CRM systems).
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and prioritize effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining a high level of productivity.
- Must have 2+ years savings/checking banking account.
