Full Job Description
The Executive Assistant will provide essential executive support with real estate transactions, contract management, and licensing transactions. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a corporate environment.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Conduct research and gather relevant corporate information and documents
- Draft, review, and revise corporate documents, including contracts, lease agreements, and board resolutions
- Manage and organize corporate records and files, including maintaining electronic filing systems
- Communicate with internal departments, external contacts, and regulatory bodies
- Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, and managing calendars
- Maintain confidentiality of corporate information and documents
- Perform other related duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational, attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, as part of a team and to handle sensitive information with discretion
