We're on the lookout for a dynamic and highly organized Executive Assistant to join our vibrant team! This person will play an exciting, multifaceted role, providing crucial administrative support to our legal, supply chain and people team while spearheading special projects under the guidance of our administration leadership. Based in our San Diego office, you'll be at the forefront, overseeing day-to-day office operations, fostering a positive office culture, and cultivating an environment where cross-collaboration thrives. Reporting directly to the Chief of Staff, we're seeking someone with top-notch communication skills, an eye for detail, reliable follow-through, and ability to juggle multiple priorities and handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion is essential.
This is an in office role based in San Diego, CA.
What you will do:
- Deliver comprehensive administrative support to the Legal, Supply Chain, and People Leadership teams by managing expenses, coordinating calendars, organizing travel arrangements, and handling correspondence efficiently.
- Support the legal team with coordination, document preparation, project planning, and executing, contract management, and compliance tracking.
- Assist the supply chain team with logistics coordination and vendor communication.
- Support the people team with scheduling and coordinating process improvement initiatives.
- Lead special projects and initiatives assigned by our leadership, showcasing your creativity and proactive approach.
- Coordinate in office events, meetings, and team-building activities, ensuring seamless execution from logistics to catering.
- Manage office supplies, monitor inventory, assist in equipment procurement, and ensure facilities are well-maintained.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a related field, such as business administration or a similar role.
- Previous experience in a similar role within a corporate or professional environment is a big plus.
- Proven track record as an executive assistant, administrative assistant, or office administrator.
- Proficiency in GSuite and other relevant software applications is a must.
- Exceptional organizational skills with an eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional interactions with stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and the capacity to anticipate needs and take initiative.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, whether working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and unwavering work ethic.
- Ability to travel to off-sites to support teams as needed.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, which may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates' pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
- Base Compensation: $94,000-$104,500
