The FP&A team at Oura plays an important part in delivering our company mission. We are a highly visible function responsible for providing mission-critical analytics and insights to leadership and key stakeholders. We are looking for a Financial Analyst to join our global FP&A team to further our impact. This role will report to the FP&A Manager, Operations and will partner with the supply chain and operations functions globally. You’ll play an integral role in building COGS and gross profit plans, analyzing cost reduction opportunities, and evolving the inventory planning process.
Location: Eastern time zone preferred. Open to candidates across the US.
What You will do:
- Build and maintain forecasting models in support of costs of goods sold (COGS) planning and optimization, including manufacturing, freight, and warehousing costs,
- Work across FP&A and Supply Chain teams to develop and manage inventory targets.
- Prepare presentations and key reporting (key metrics for the executive team, monthly business reviews, Quarterly Business Review documents) and other insights partnering with the FP&A and broader supply chain teams.
- Develop business cases to support unit cost reduction, capacity expansion, and service level improvements
- Build and maintain Tableau dashboards reporting on inventory and COGS performance versus plan, socialize these with business partners and leadership.
- Create analytics on ad hoc basis.
Requirements
- 2+ years of relevant finance, supply chain, or operations planning experience; Cross divisional S&OP experience is a plus.
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, experience working with data visualization tools (eg. Tableau) preferred.
- Basic understanding of supply chain operations and/or inventory management.
- Ability to identify and frame problems logically, clearly and apply reasoning to break problems down and identify a solution or path forward.
- Ability to work cross functionally and experience communicating with or presenting to people at all levels of the organization with varying levels of financial literacy.
- High integrity, intellectual curiosity, self awareness, and a self starter attitude.

Oura takes a market-based approach to pay, and pay may vary depending on your location. US locations are categorized into tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. While most offers will be closer to the starting range, successful candidates’ pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, internal peer equity, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.
Region 1: $100,000-$112,000
Region 2: $95,000-$106,400
Region 3: $90,000-$100,800
