If so, Kooner Fleet Management Solutions wants you to join our growing team! We are currently seeking a Fleet Asset Manager to be based out of our corporate office in Sacramento, CA. The Fleet Asset Manager will be responsible for managing our internal fleet including; vehicle acquisition, preventative maintenance program, licensing and registration, and ensuring vehicle operational readiness.

What the Fleet Asset Manager role looks like:
- Manage vehicle acquisition for our internal fleet of service trucks and vans
- Maintain detailed records of vehicle servicing and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
- Manage and maintain detailed records of vehicle licensing and registration
- Responsible for outfitting service vehicles with compressors, tools and other necessary equipment
- Monitor and manage vehicle GPS tracking system to ensure operational safety and compliance
- Work cross-functionally with Operations team. Ability to communicate and/or report issues related to the fleet to operational leadership.
- Manage and ensure vehicle operational readiness
- Develop and maintain various tracking systems related to vehicle maintenance, registration, inventory, etc.
- Other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned
What our ideal candidate looks like:
- 5+ years experience with managing a large fleet of vehicles
- Experience with a multi-state operated fleet preferred
- Experience with vehicle acquisition and vendor management
- Proven experience with implementing and managing preventative maintenance program
- General knowledge of vehicle licensing, registration and compliance
- General understanding of the federal DOT regulations as it applies to both intrastate and interstate fleets
- Ability to collaborate with teams and organization leaders acting in alignment and support of operational objectives and concerns
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Suite programs
- Ability to lift up to outfit trucks with required equipment and tools
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
