Fleet Estimator (1147)

We are currently hiring a Fleet Estimator who will be based out of our corporate office in Sacramento, CA. The Fleet Estimator will be responsible for writing heavy-duty fleet repair estimates and for supporting with customer billing on an as needed basis.

What the Fleet Estimator role looks like: 

• Prepare detailed repair estimates for heavy duty trucks and trailers using industry-standard software 
• Prepare supporting documentation for estimates, including photographs, completing forms, and other tasks required by customers 
• Coordinate with our team of fleet managers to ensure timely and accurate repairs 
• Work directly with customers and vendors to provide updates on estimates 
• Support with processing billing for completed repair orders 
• Perform other duties as assigned 

What our ideal candidate looks like: 

• Proven experience as an Auto or Heavy-Duty Repair Estimator or similar role 
• Strong knowledge of automotive/fleet repair techniques and industry standards 
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with aptitude to learn new software and systems. Experience with Quickbooks a plus! 
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills 
• Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment 
• High school diploma or equivalent
