We ingest and rank resumes, completely automate interview scheduling, and transcribe all feedback. In addition, our Voice AI agent can carry out interviews and automatically analyze candidate responses to provide insightful evaluations. Pixona seamlessly integrates with each ATS and automates the recruiting workflow for recruiters and hiring managers so they can focus on what truly matters. As we scale, our small but mighty team is looking for a great front end founding engineer who can help us grow correctly and help make us into the next multi-billion dollar company. Our co-founders have 18+ years at Google between them.
We're seeking a Head of Growth to drive Pixona's expansion. This critical role will oversee sales and business development and drive revenue for the company. As our first non-engineering hire, you'll play a crucial part in shaping our growth strategy and execution.
- Strategic Execution: Implement plans to close deals with Fortune 500 companies and other top-tier enterprises that can benefit from our AI solutions for recruiting and talent acquisition.
- Relationship Building: Connect with key decision-makers, including executives, directors, and procurement teams. This is at both companies and recruiting firms.
- Business Development: Identify new opportunities, develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Content Creation: Craft compelling content, such as case studies highlighting customer success, videos for product tours, tutorials, and targeted email campaigns that communicate the benefits of our AI solutions.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in business development or sales, preferably within B2B SaaS or AI technology industries.
- Proven Success: Skilled in closing substantial enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles effectively.
- Content Expertise: Exceptional skills in writing, editing, and content creation, with a portfolio that highlights both written and video projects.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of Generative AI, with the ability to distill complex concepts into engaging and clear narratives.
- Creative and Proactive: Highly motivated, with strong problem-solving skills and project management capabilities, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
- Networking Proficiency: Extensive connections within Fortune 500 companies and a proven ability to build new relationships quickly.

Pay Transparency
While our plan for this role is equity only until we secure venture capital funding, for the right candidate we could work out a structure to pay you a portion of every deal you close.
