Full Job Description
The CFS/RS is responsible for providing Rehab and Case management services to assigned clients and families and functions as a member of the Child and Family Team (CFT). A CFS/RS is expected to exercise professional judgment and discretion in providing for the safety, permanency, and well-being of the clients. CFS-RS staff must complete all training requirements per DMH contract within the first year of employment. The CFS/RS reports directly to the Team or Clinical Supervisor. Bilingual Spanish speaking is required.
Requirements
1. Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Services, Social Work or Psychology plus a minimum of one year of experience working with high-risk youth OR a high school diploma (or General Educational Diploma (GED)) plus a minimum of three years’ experience working with high risk youth.
2. Valid California Driver’s License, good driving record, and must be able to drive to fulfill the duties of the position.
3. Bilingual Spanish required.
4. COVID-19 Vaccination and booster (when eligible) is required for this position. Accommodations will be considered with proof of a legal exemption.
5. Must have internet, a computer with a camera, and Microsoft Office or a compatible program.
Competitive Salary:
Tier 1: $21.63-$26.92 per year.
Tier 2: $26.92- $31.25 per hour.
$1,000 Signing Bonus-Receive first half of the $1,000 on the first paycheck and the second half after 6 months of employment.
