Job Description:
As a Game Producer, you will play a vital role in overseeing the development and production of our gaming and film projects. Your leadership and project management skills will be key in steering projects from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and budget constraints. Collaborating with various teams, you will help to synchronize efforts across design, development, art, and marketing to create cohesive and successful projects.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead the planning, scheduling, and execution of gaming and film projects, ensuring they adhere to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
• AI Integration: Oversee the integration of Evertide.ai's AI tools into projects, ensuring they enhance the gaming and film experience.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison between the development team, executive management, and external partners, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals.
• Quality Control: Monitor and manage project progress, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring the final product meets community standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in game production, with a strong understanding of the game development lifecycle.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Experience with Unreal Engine and familiarity with AI technologies, particularly Evertide.ai's suite.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Game Design, Project Management, or a related field is preferred, but not mandatory.
