Requirements
Amagi is looking for a dynamic, experienced, and collaborative HR leader in the Business Partnering function to deliver strategic HR solutions, build HR people practices and drive the talent agenda.
Amagi is presently navigating a return-to-work strategy with a core emphasis on flexibility. Rooted in our firm belief in the power of collaboration and genuine, in-person human interaction, we're shaping a future where our work environment seamlessly integrates the best of both worlds.
Key focus areas:
1. Global HR Business Partner: Play an active part in the Revenue Leadership team to drive business strategy keeping people priorities at the helm and act as the enabler to deliver the Revenue function’s objectives.
2. Global People Leadership: Build a strong global mindset and culture in the organization and strengthen our people management practices.
3. In-country role: As a region leader for HR for North America, work in conjunction with the People Centre of Excellence (CoE), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and the branding teams to drive a superlative employee experience thereby positioning Amagi as a preferred media tech destination.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and objective thinker, with ability to pivot and deliver in a fast-changing, agile environment. The ability to seamlessly transition between thinking strategically and executing operationally is crucial, given Amagi's extensive range of processes and practices requiring development and reinforcement for scalability.
Having an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to influence effectively across all levels while skillfully navigating through ambiguity. Further, one must be comfortable proposing innovative ideas and passionately bringing them to life.
Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Revenue Function’s leadership to develop the People Strategy and Roadmap and ensure that they are aligned to the broader Amagi vision.
- Play an active part in the Global HR leadership team to strategize, drive process and role model leadership behavior.
- Deliver core HR processes/programs in tandem with other HR Partners and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
- Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development.
- Participate in the continual development of HR programs, such as recruiting, retention, compensation, benefits, and Learning & Development. Identify key areas, design and lead initiatives that can help the organization and people success.
- Collaborate with the HR team to champion and accelerate a culture of excellence in which people feel engaged and inspired to deliver top business results.
- Demonstrate a business-first mindset with an ability to work at multiple levels of the HR stack; primarily focused on strategic impact while being comfortable driving programs linked to clear business outcomes.
Important tenets of the role
- Prior experience of collaborating with teams across India, US, and Europe.
- Prior experience in one of the following areas like C&B or L&D/OD areas will be strongly preferred.
- Experience in M&A integrations scenarios with experience in supporting synergies is preferred.
- Pioneering the metamorphosis of People practices from ground zero to a state of remarkable innovation and effectiveness, creating a transformative journey from 0 to 1
The prospect is expected to come with:
- A robust background of 12-15 years as an HR Business Partner, particularly in high-growth technology companies.
