Global Supply Manager, Retail OPS

The Global Supply Manager will be responsible for managing the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of products to our retail partners. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement global supply chain strategies to optimize operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts and pricing.
• Monitor supplier performance and take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to retail partners and resolve any delivery issues.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
• Implement and maintain inventory management systems and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and enhance supply chain performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in global supply chain management, preferably in the retail industry.
• Strong knowledge of supply chain principles, processes, and best practices.
• Experience in forecasting, demand planning, and inventory management.
• Proven ability to effectively manage supplier relationships and negotiate contracts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large data sets and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.
• Willingness to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally.
