Role Specifics
As a Growth Customer Advocate, you are focused on helping customers be successful in their buyer & product journey. The main goal of a Growth Customer Advocate is to build (and break) scalable systems that show prospective SMB customers how our solutions can make them successful in their goals. Growth Customer Advocates are the champion for our ICP, providing feedback to our product & engineering teams and helping us optimize our customer experience. This is a new motion that candidates should be eager to build, both for customers and the organization. This is a great job for a customer facing expert looking to build cross functional skills and experience with product, marketing and growth.
Compensation Range: of $ 96k to $116k + Stock Options
Location: Remote US or our San Francisco office
About the role:
- Customer Advocacy: Act as a champion for SMB customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating how our solutions can drive their success.
- Feedback Loop: Gather and provide valuable feedback from customers to our product and engineering teams, contributing to the optimization of our products and customer experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with Product specialists and Marketing to align customer advocacy efforts with overall business objectives.
- Scalability: Think at scale and organize resources effectively to meet the diverse needs of our SMB customers.
- Sales Optimization: Understand the customer buyer journey and identify opportunities to optimize the buying model for improved customer acquisition and retention.
- System Building: Contribute to building and refining low touch systems that are scalable and ready for rapid growth.
- Adaptability: Embrace change and adapt to evolving priorities and strategies in our agile growth environment.
Requirements
- 2-4 Years of proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong customer advocacy and relationship-building skills.
- Creative problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving positive customer outcomes.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate feedback and ideas.
- Understanding of sales processes and a track record of identifying areas for optimization and automation.
- Passion for building and optimizing systems for scale.
- Adaptability and a willingness to embrace change and ambiguity.
