Job Title: Growth Hacker Engineer- onsite - San Francisco

About the Role:

We're seeking a maverick Growth Hacker Engineer to own our pre-sale product experience. You'll be the lone wolf developing growth technologies that amplify our sales and marketing efforts. This role is for someone who thrives on experimentation, rapid execution, and driving user growth through creative technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and ship bespoke apps/pages/services that generate customer demand

• Implement growth hacks to scale to hundreds of thousands of users

• Lead metric-driven experiments to achieve business goals

• Automate sales and marketing processes through innovative software solutions

• Collaborate with revenue teams to align strategies and drive growth

Requirements:

• 2+ years in software development, preferably with marketing/sales ops background

• Track record of shipping multiple smaller apps and projects

• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, React, SQL, and modern web technologies

• Experience with marketing tools: HubSpot, Salesforce, AWS Lambda, Segment, Retool, Amplitude

• Comfortable with Webflow and rapid prototyping

• Creative problem-solver who can execute in uncertain situations

Ideal Candidate:

You're a self-starter who can think through problems and execute independently. You've likely shipped dozens of smaller apps or projects, either as side hustles or in previous roles. You're more active on Twitter than LinkedIn and have a passion for growth hacking and staying ahead of industry trends.

Tech Stack:

Python (Flask), React, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, SQL, Salesforce Apex, AWS Lambda, Segment, Retool, Amplitude, Webflow

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience in startup environments, especially in growth or data roles

• Familiarity with marketing automation, personalization, and analytics tools

• Knowledge of CRM systems like HubSpot or Salesforce

Compensation:

• Salary: $130k - $200k

• Competitive equity offered

Location: San Francisco, CA (in-person)

Position: Full-time, W-2 role

Hiring Timeline: ASAP, within 3 weeks
