What we’re looking for:

TP-Link USA Corporation is seeking a dynamic and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive messaging optimization, customer acquisition, engagement, and retention across our product lines. As a key member of the B2B marketing team, you will develop and execute data-driven strategies to optimize the customer journey, maximize revenue growth, and strengthen TP-Link's market presence in the networking industry. Leveraging your expertise in customer research, product message, digital marketing, analytics, and conversion optimization, you will lead cross-functional initiatives to drive user acquisition, improve conversion rates, and enhance customer lifetime value.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct customer research, market research, competitive analysis to identify key target audiences and develop tailored messaging and positioning strategies for B2B networking business.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to acquire, activate, and retain customers across TP-Link's product portfolio.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital advertising, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
  • Utilize data analytics and performance metrics to measure and optimize campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive continuous growth.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with product launches, promotions, and sales objectives.
  • Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize marketing spend to achieve maximum ROI and revenue growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in growth marketing, and incorporate relevant insights into TP-Link's marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • BA/BS degree in marketing/engineering or in a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, B2B marketing, or related roles with technical background in networking solutions.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful growth marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
  • Experience with Paid Ad, marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-driven mindset and a passion for driving business growth through innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership experience, with a demonstrated ability to mentor and develop team members to achieve their full potential.

Benefits

Salary: $100K - $125K DOE with Bonus potential
